I am a quantitative ecologist with a background in statistics and a founder/data curator of Move Disease Archive. I am interested in applying statistical and mathematical models to problems in movement ecology. In particular, I am interested in quantifying how an internal state (e.g., memory and disease state) influences animal movement.
I received my PhD at the University of Minnesota (UMN) in 2024, co-advised by Allison Shaw and John Fieberg. I am currently a postdoctoral associate co-advised by Jesús Pinto-Ledezma at UMN and Paul Moorcroft at Harvard University.
