I am a movement ecologist with a background in statistics. Currently, I am a postdoctoral associate at the University of Minnesota (UMN) and Harvard University, working with Jesús Pinto-Ledezma and Paul Moorcroft. My research interests are pretty broad, but generally involve the application of statistical and mathematical models to problems in movement ecology. I currently focus on migration ecology and evolution of partial migration in terrestrial animals. I received my B.A. in Statistics from the UMN and my Ph.D. in Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior from the UMN, co-advised by Allison Shaw and John Fieberg.
Throughout my career, I have worked with a dynamic group of researchers around the world, such as the Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute and the Max Planck Institute of Animal Behavior. Collaboration is one of my favorite parts about being a researcher, so if you're interested in working together, please get in touch!
